The Ford Blue Service

This important service is the only service you need to book for your Ford or Lincoln. We take care of the rest.

The Lakeview Automotive Ford Blue Service is designed to keep an eye on everything! We make sure all systems are functioning correctly and catch any faults before they cause futher damage to other systems and/or pose a risk to safety. We know the ins and outs of the Ford platform and know what to look for on each model.

For Ford ECOBOOST Turbo charged platforms, we will use a SYNTHETIC SN PLUS oil. It is very important to use this type of oil for the Ford ECOBOOST Platform to protect against low-speed pre-ignition.

This service is suggested around 4 times per year and it includes a seasonal wheel swap - winter to summer and vice versa (only if tires are on rims)

FACTORY WARRANTY: If your Ford or Lincoln is still under factory warranty and we find any issues that are covered under the manufacturer warranty, we will refer you to a dealer and help you get your warranty claim taken care of.

This service includes,

Road test
Replace engine oil and filter with factory suggested type and high standard filter
Remove wheels and rotate (swap winter wheels if applicable)
Inspect safety systems
Inspect braking system, measure pad and rotor thickness
Inspect suspension & steering systems
Inspect engine bay and related systems
Inspect transmision and drivetrain systems including axles and axle boots
Inspect battery and charging system
Inspect operation of all lights, washers and wipers
Check underbody for damage
Inpect tires for age and condition and adjust tire pressures including spare
