In 1999, Trey Cobb was working at a car shop in the small city of Rockwall, TX, just outside of Dallas. One of the major innovations of COBB Tuning was the release of the AccessPort in 2004 – the first handheld reprogrammer for Subaru engine control units (ECUs). This catapulted the company even higher and cemented their place as performance experts.
